  • "We are the world"

Em 1985, Michael Jackson compôs com Lionel Ritchie a música "We are the World" para o projeto beneficente 'USA for África'. A canção reuniu um grupo de 44 artistas da música. O disco, 'USA for Africa', foi o maior projeto beneficente da história e trazia outras 9 músicas do solo de Prince e Tina Turner. Foi gravado em janeiro de 1985 e ficou em primeiro lugar em vários países do mundo.

  • CASSINO DO CHACRINHA


Um dos programas mais marcantes dos anos 80 foi o Cassino do Chacrinha, que era exibido na Rede Globo. O programa do velho guerreiro, voltava 10 anos depois e ia ao ar as 16:00 horas, ao vivo e direto do Teatro Fênix. O programa mesclava artistas cantando com playback e calouros. Os jurados variavam e quase sempre eram artistas da emissora. Apenas dois jurados eram fixos: a espalhafatosa “Elke Maravilha” e “Édson Santana”, que fazia o gênero mal humorado e era sempre recebido com vaias.
Chacrinha ainda tinha um assistente de palco: o careteiro Russo, que ajudava a jogar bacalhau para a platéia,mas sempre entrava e saia mudo.
Chacrinha tinha também “assistentes de palco, ou dançarinas, chamadas Chacretes.

  • ARMAÇÃO ILIMITADA
A série, que inovou no visual e na linguagem, ficou no ar de 17 de maio de 1985 a 8 de dezembro de 1988. Armação Ilimitada era pura cultura pop, com aventuras eletrizantes, ritmo de videoclipe e diálogos inteligentes e bem-humorados. Na direção, estava Guel Arraes, que acabou se consagrando como o diretor da nova geração. Juba e Lula eram os sócios da agência de prestações de serviço Armação Ilimitada e topavam fazer de tudo, até trabalhar como dublês em filmes. Moravam com eles Zelda Scott, uma estagiária de jornalismo que namorava os dois ao mesmo tempo, e Bacana, um menino órfão e esperto à beça.




  • PERDIDOS NA NOITE
Um dos programas que mais tinham a cara dos anos 80, o Perdidos na noite, de Fausto Silva, peregrinou por três canais, sempre nas noites de sábado. No palco, era uma bagunça só: Faustão de costas para a câmera, fio por todo canto, convidados entrando na hora errada, palavrões que iam ao ar...




  • TV PIRATA
TV Pirata foi um programa humorístico transmitido pela Rede Globo criado pelo diretor Guel Arraes e pelo roteirista Cláudio Paiva e foi um dos maiores sucessos do gênero no Brasil, com seu humor com base no nonsense e sátira, executado por uma equipe de roteiristas que incluia Luís Fernando Veríssimo, os quadrinistas Laerte e Glauco, e integrantes do Planeta Diário e da Casseta Popular (que viriam a se reunir e formar o Casseta e Planeta). O sucesso se deve também ao elenco, contando com atores e atrizes renomados como Cláudia Raia, Débora Bloch, Marco Nanini, Maria Zilda BEthlem, Guilherme Karan, Ney Latorraca e Cristina Pereira, O programa ajudou a consolidar as carreiras dos atores com Luiz Fernando Guimarães e Regina Casé.

  • Gremlins,de Chris Colombus.Lançado em 1984,os gremlins fazem parte de uma lenda americana.Apesar de aprontar, não são seres malignos.O filme conta a história de um inventor fracassado que sai à procura de um presente de Natal para o filho e acaba encontrando em uma loja do bairro, um bichinho de pelúcia,batizado de Gizmo.Mas o dono adverte: Não deve ser exposto ao sol, nem tomar banho, ser molhado e beber água e jamais ser alimentado depois da meia-noite.

"We Are the World"
 In 1985, Michael Jackson wrote with Lionel Ritchie's song "We Are the World" project for the charity "USA for Africa '. The song brought together a group of 44 music artists.The album, 'USA for Africa', was the largest project benefit of history and brought nine other songs from the solo by Prince and Tina Turner. It was recorded in January 1985 and took first place in countries around the world.   1. 1. CASINO Chacrinha

 One of the most striking was the 80 Chacrinha the Casino, which was shown on Globo.The program of the old warrior, returned 10 years later and went on air at 16:00 pm, live and direct from the Phoenix Theatre. The program mingled with artists singing playback and freshmen. Jurors were varied and often artists of the station. Only two jurors were fixed: the blatant "Elke Maravilha" and "Edson Santana, who was grumpy and the genre was always greeted with boos.Chacrinha still had an assistant stage: the careteiro Russo, who helped play cod for the audience, but always coming in and out dumb.Get-together was also 'stage assistants, or dancers, called Rockettes.
2. FRAMES UNLIMITED
The series, which broke new ground in visual and language, ran from May 17, 1985 to December 8, 1988. Unlimited frame was pure pop culture, with thrilling adventures, pace of music video and clever dialogue and humorous. Toward was Guel Arraes, who ended up devoting as director of the new generation. Juba and Lula were the members of the agency's provision of services and unlimited frame came upon doing everything, even work as stuntmen in films. Zelda Scott lived with them, a journalism intern who was dating them both at the same time, and Cool, an orphan boy and smart as hell.
3. LOST IN THE NIGHT
One of the programs had to face more of the 80, Lost in the night, Fausto Silva, wandered through three channels, where on Saturday nights. On stage, it was just a mess: Faustão backs to the camera, wireless everywhere, guests entering the wrong time, words that were to ...
4. TV PIRATA
Pirate TV was a comedy program broadcast by TV Globo created by director and screenwriter Guel Arraes Claudio Paiva and was one of the most successful of its kind in Brazil, with its basis in nonsense humor and satire, performed by a team of writers that included Louis Fernando Verissimo, the comic Laertes and Glaucon, and members of the Daily Planet and People Casseta (who would get together and form the Casseta e Planeta). The success is also due to the cast, with famous actors and actresses like Claudia Raia, Deborah Bloch, Marco Nanini, Maria Zilda Bethlem, Guilherme Karan, Ney Latorraca and Cristina Pereira, the program helped establish the careers of actors with Luiz Fernando Guimarães and Regina Case.

  2. E.T., the alien in Steven Spielberg. It was released in 1982 and is one of the classics from the 80th story is about an alien lost on Earth who receives help from a 10 year old boy to escape the U.S. secret service agents and return to his planet.
  3. Gremlins by Chris Columbus. Launched in 1984, the gremlins are part of an American legend. While ready, are not evil beings. The film tells the story of a failed inventor who goes in search of a Christmas present for his son and ends up finding a shop in the neighborhood, a stuffed animal, named Gizmo. But the owner warns, should not be exposed to the sun or take a shower, get wet and never drink water and be fed after midnight.
